- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current term
- You authorize Precision Search or its authorized payment processor to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis
- Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
- Free trials, if offered, are subject to termination without prior notice
Audit Rights: For business accounts, Precision Search LLC reserves the right to audit your usage of the Service to ensure compliance with the applicable plan and features. Non-compliance may result in additional fees, suspension, or termination.
4. Ownership, License, and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including software, trademarks, designs, data, and content—are owned or licensed by Precision Search LLC.
- You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business use
- You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, sublicense, or exploit any portion of the Service
- All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Precision Search LLC

6. Plan-Based Feature Access and Cancellation
Access to features and storage of user-generated content may vary by plan. Upon cancellation of a subscription:
- Access will terminate at the end of the paid billing cycle
- Content may be deleted at our discretion unless otherwise specified in your plan
- No refunds will be provided for remaining time in the billing cycle
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our interests or reputation.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISION SEARCH LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PRECISION SEARCH IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration conducted in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
